Applications:
XY-2L Crawler Core Drilling Rig is developed base on XY-2 Core Drilling Rig, integrating drilling rig, crawler, mast, mud pump and control panel into whole. The rig is a kind of drilling rig which is mainly used for drilling shallow-medium hole for minerals,engineering geological, hydro-geological, water well and pile grouting hole drilling, and especially for where mobility and quick set up time are important. It is a type of integration and modular drilling equipment with frequent migration.
Features:
1. Integrated crawler traveling device, mud pump, control panel into one whole;
2. Caterpillar walking, base support, mast landing are all driven by itself hydraulic system of drilling rig , it is easy to operate;
3. It is easy to move around and from or to at work site, improve the drilling efficient, and reduce the intensity of labor;
4. Mast landing, folding function for easy walking and transportation.
5. Have more speeds (8-speed), reasonable speed range, and big torque at lower speed, wide applications;
6. Having two reverse speeds, it is easy to handle the accidents in drilling hole.
7. The feed stroke of spindle is 600 mm, help to improve drilling efficiency, reduce blocking and burning of bit, easy to handle drilling accidents.
8. Twin-gear oil pump to supply oil for the hydraulic system of drilling rig, less power consumption, lower temperature of the hydraulic system.
9. Few control levers, reasonable layout, flexible and reliable manipulation.
10. Have normally a closed hydraulic chuck, also equipped with a lower mechanical manual chuck.
